Co-Regulation Workshop for Parents (Virtual)
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14 12:00-1:30PM
We know how difficult parenting can be, especially in this fast-paced, over-stimulating world. Children were not born knowing how to soothe themselves, and parents/caregivers who are able to stay regulated in times of distress can have a positive impact on their child’s nervous system. During this workshop, we will explore gentle movement, simple breath work, and mindfulness practices that can be used for the whole family. It truly takes a village, and this workshop will empower you with strategies for regulating yourself as well as your children!
