Lisa Thrower
BOD MEMBER since 2021
Lisa Thrower is a Creative Consultant who has worked in numerous capacities within the Fine Art Industry. She currently provides specialized project management for visual artists and arts organizations in addition to serving on the Georgia Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts.Lisa’s varied experience in art and her deep interest in yogic practices have dovetailed in her work as Co-Founder of Subtle-Arts. Subtle-Arts is a virtual consciousness collective that offers inspiration through art, yoga and poetry to anyone seeking resources on their path towards self-healing.
Lisa is a certified yoga instructor currently leading yin and meditation in Cobb County, GA. She believes in the incredibly positive impact that yoga can have on future generations and supports initiatives that are intentional about bringing yoga and mindfulness to young students. “Being peaceful can change the world.”

Karen Patton
BOD MEMBER since 2023
Karen Patton is the Founder and Owner of Peach Out Power Yoga in Marietta. She received her RYT- 200 certification in March of 2017, and in August of the same year, opened her doors to the East Cobb community. Karen is known for her fun teaching style and non-traditional approach to yoga. Never afraid to take risks or try new things has been a driving force behind her studios success. She employs a talented and diverse staff of 19 instructors.
The success and growth of Peach Out has given Karen many opportunities to share her love for yoga throughout Atlanta. It has also given her an avenue to bring the community together and raise awareness for causes that have impacted their lives in some way.
Karen is wrapping up her second year as a local lululemon Ambassador. Karen has two daughters, Frankie (20) and Sasha (19) who she says will always be her biggest accomplishment, no matter what she does in life.

Alena Levine
BOD MEMBER since 2024
Alena Levine was born and raised in the Czech Republic. Her years in Prague were filled with training and extensive study of ballet and other forms of dance and dance theory.
Her curiosity towards the mystical and spiritual resulted in her seeking practices that aimed beyond the physical body that she was so familiar with through the faculty of dance.
Since moving to the US, Alena has been devoting my time, wisdom and energy to sharing the practice of yoga for nearly two decades. She has designed and facilitated numerous sessions of her own 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. She is an advocate for continuous learning and offers workshops, retreats and mentorship, tailoring these experiences to private clients and corporations as well.
She aims to bring change to world with work beyond the mat, serving organizations that bring yoga and mindfulness to people who need it most.EYT 500

Theresa Kelly
Theresa discovered Yoga over 20 years ago and never looked back. Her practice has given her strength, balance, and agility, both on and off the mat. Theresa believes Yoga lives within each of us, and works to create spaces for others to discover and define their own unique practices. Theresa completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Peach Out Power Yoga in Marietta, GA under the guidance of Alena Levine and David Melton. Theresa remains a lifelong student of Yoga and is eternally grateful for the opportunity to share with others. She considers each student to be an essential part of the class and fosters their sense of community, safety, and inclusivity.
