Do you have a child suffering from anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues? Yoga therapy is a somatic therapy that uses physical movement, breath work, mindfulness, and meditation to:

  • regulate emotions

  • enhance cognitive function

  • nurture self-control

  • promote healing

Each client receives a tailored care plan specific to their needs with options of in-person or online appointments.
